Health Insurance​ through Philadelphia Benefits Partners are the center piece of most small business benefits packages. Insurance rates are set by the carriers and you never pay anything additional for our value added services. As an independent agency, we work for you to find the most coverage for the lowest cost. We offer exclusive health insurance plans including HMOs, PPOs, POS, and can set up Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Our Informatics team provides actionable information and insights that employers need to understand the health of their employees, make more-informed benefit and clinical decisions. We also specialize in Level Funded and Self Insured plans.
For most benefits packages health insurance will be the largest expense so this is where we start. After speaking with the business owner or administrator and receiving a census we put together a proposal with multiple carriers to compare rates.
We then scale down the plan options based on the groups needs, industry standards, and budget.  After sitting back down and with the business owner we select up to 3 plan options to offer.
Finally we hold an enrollment meeting with employees explaining the plans, giving them a chance to ask questions, and assist with applications. In many cases this is the most important part of the process.
